This is the second one I bought from Amazon. I love my hands free that came with my Dogtra eCollar. It still works great. I bought the first one from Amazon for my wife. It failed way too soon🤕. Hopefully this second one will last and function a long time. The hands free is great! And I highly recommend it. I only gave this three stars because of the first one failing way too soon.

Very awkward

I would give the hands-free square 5 stars except for the fact that after only a few months the plastic housing broke right at the place that the strap goes through the square ( see attached photos.) I use two of these for training and keeping my dog safe. Both of them broke like this within a week of each other. i see other reviewers are reporting the same problem. I emailed Dogtra just to tell them that there is a design flaw that needs their attention. I have not received any response. i assume they must know about this, but don't care enough about their customers to let them know what they plan to do about it. I just purchased two more of these so I can continue to use the hand-free unit (I have an ARC.) However, I am not at all happy about the fact that I will most likely have to spend around $60 to replace these every few months.

It functions as expected. I like the square button. I use vibrate function I get attention when I use it. I have not used it for any other functions yet as I only use vibrate. Will need to take a class to learn the full use of training collar. With this collar I used come command across a dog park half park covered by clouds, where I could not see the dog pushed the vibrate button and she came promptly.
