Totally damaged product
❌ Worst Product ❌ I received this earphone with mic in a completely damaged condition. The mic was broken and useless right from the start. Sound quality is also poor. Total waste of money. 👎 👉 Please don’t buy this, it’s not worth even trying.

The quality degraded
I used jbl commercial cslm30 earlier and got fascinated by the quality of it. I ordered it for the second time and man, the quality has been stooped so low that I regret buying it in repeat :(

Caution in purchasing
I purchased this microphone Nov end 2025 however stopped working within 2 month. it has 6 months warranty however getting difficulty in contacting customer care and further replacement and repair. dropped email to [email protected] .Lets see response

Headphone built quality
Disappointment with the microphone quality of the headphones. The audio pickup is consistently poor, making communication difficult and unclear. This significantly impacts the overall experience.

I use it for streaming, gaming. The voice is loud and clear, but not for singing as it doesn't capture high notes
