SaltStick High Sodium Electrolyte FastChews - Mixed Berry, 60 Tablets

I love these little salt bombs. I have POTS and was needing a "quick fix" for when I'm feeling bad. I take this before I leave the house and in situations where I would normally be feeling really dizzy/lightheaded and heart rate going crazy, after taking one of these it really helps those symptoms not come on as hard or if at all. The taste isn't bad, I don't like chewing them all the way because to me when I get to the center of it it's kind of grainy like salt so I chew it a few times and then wash it down with water lol. But highly recommend if you have automatic issues!

Update 12-2-25: I still love these chews. The price has jumped considerably since I learned of them 1-2 years ago. They were $14.95-16.95 for 60 ct bottle. Now they're $19.95. So I will wait for sale days and stock up. I've also found great reusable tiny baggies (silicon or silicon-like) similar in size to the 10 pack bag of Salt Chews. I now carry a baggie of chews in my running vest, my saddle bags, in the car, etc. I also use the tiny baggies to carry ibuprofen. ----- I highly recommend SaltStick Electrolyte FastChews for hydration. Super easy to consume, zero stomach cramping, easy to pack along and you can opt to drink the beverages you want without having to consume too much fluid. I love this Mixed Berry flavor, too. I suggest buying a small sample and replenish it with the bottle to keep it handy in a small container, easy to recognize, and fairly waterproof while on a run or doing other activities. Eventually the bag's ziploc seal will quit but it'll do good for a while. Highly recommend these salt chews for all kinds of hydration needs! Prevent your cramps, stay energetic and healthy!

If you hike, you know the importance of good hydration. I’m not a fan of the electrolyte pouches you add to water because they stain the inside the f my water bladder and it’s hard to remove then taste. Salt Stick is the absolute perfect solution for me. I can have pristine water and a pristine water bladder and still have electrolytes—and on demand! In my experience, SaltStick works faster and longer than some powder in my water bladder. I keep a bunch of their tablets in my front pants pocket on every single hike and I have shared the with my fellow hikers many times. They feel how fast they work and rave about the taste. I’m headed abroad for another hiking adventure soon and SaltStick will be right there with me.

I love those, they are perfect for every day use if you are lazy to make electrolyte drink. I use it during my runs, it is convenient to carry and I feel better knowing I have my electrolytes next to me. Great solubility, I just chew them with some water. perfect combination.

These are really helpful when my blood pressure goes low. They are easy to carry and I’ve taken them everywhere including concerts where food/drink isn’t allowed. They travel well and don’t break apart. Each pill is a little smaller than a dime. Great for when you’re in a pinch. One downside is they can really dry your mouth out and can be chalky/crumbly in your mouth. If you don’t have access to water and your mouth is dry they can be difficult to chew up and swallow. Still it’s better than nothing if you need electrolytes immediately.

What an amazing way to hydrate! Tastes great. No mess.

I guess they're ok but I don't really notice that they did anything for me...but then I wasn't out doing physical exercise in the heat. I probably won't buy again, but they're worth a try if you run or work outside a lot. They have a weird taste but chew up well, and I follow them with water.

I have POTS and I LOVE these! Super good for a quick fix of electrolytes, I take 1 every day and I pop one whenever I feel symptoms coming on, it helps give me a quick boost. I’ve tried the orange flavour of these and didn’t really like them but I still bought them because they helped me so much however, I love this berry flavour! It is much more tolerable than the citrus flavours.
