Why is ReMag better than conventional magnesium supplements?

ReMag uses proprietary picometer technology to create magnesium ions small enough to pass directly through cellular ion channels. This means 100% cellular absorption without the digestive discomfort/laxative effect common with magnesium supplements.

Why does ReMag taste so strong? Is something wrong with my bottle?

No — the taste is normal. ReMag is a highly concentrated liquid. Mix into at least 2 cups of water. Adding lemon, lime, or a pinch of sea salt helps. Most users find the taste becomes familiar within days.*

Can I take ReMag if I'm on blood pressure or heart medication?

Magnesium can affect blood pressure and cardiovascular function. If you take heart or blood pressure medication, consult your physician before use. Your dosage may need review if your levels improve.*

How should I start taking ReMag for the first time?

Start with ¼ tsp in at least 2 cups of water, once daily. Increase gradually to ½–1 tsp as your body adjusts. Consistent daily use provides the best results.

Is ReMag safe for athletes and drug testing?

ReMag is NSF Contents Certified, meaning it has been independently tested to verify that it contains what is on the label and is free from contaminants. For athletes subject to anti-doping testing, we also offer NSF Certified for Sport.
