Very sharp and useful
Bought as a Christmas gift for my Son-in-law. He's used these so much we had to order more. He hunts Deer and Elk and cuts his own hide/meat so highly recommend this product.

The best knife for gutting deer and processing
This group of products is OUTSTANDING.I have several of the Outdoor Edge 3 1/2" knives. These are scary sharp. As sharp as a surgerical scalpel (sp). I've had these for several years. One blade will gut a deer and also cut it up as long as you are not hitting bones. Great product but again it is damn sharp and respect it as sharp.
