I am a size 14 to 16 womens size, which form would be best the medium or full figure?

Yes, it accommodates up to a size 22. As with any body measurements, though, your measurements have to be compared to the dress form size chart to get a better idea of what the true size for your dress form should be to match your body measurements.

My mother is a 26/28. Will this go up that far?

These dress forms come in different 'sizes' and do (or did) show the measurements for each different size. That was how I chose mine. It might take a little bit of effort on your part to do the comparisons - but - your mother should be able to find the correct size.

Très beau mannequin, très bien recouvert d’un beau tissus et assez épais pour piquer des épingles. Les mollettes se tournèrent facilement sauf une à l’arrière, elle est plus difficile. Tout se règles très bien. Avec ses roulettes qui se barrent, il est facile de le déplacer. Je trouve que c’est un mannequin de qualité il vaut son prix. La livraison c’est fait comme mentionné. Bien enveloppé. Je recommande.

Está, excelente. Para tallas grandes. SI AJUSTA TALLE hay uno muy parecido que no hace pero este si. Giras la parte de arriba y sube y baja talle. Ajusta todo, cuello, dorso etc., me encantó. Trae para marcar largos y lo posicionas según para pantalón o blusas 👚 muy padre.
