Is this the smooth snow, or is this the product that has a texture to it like stucco?

I use this product for crafts and apply it with a plastic knife or spoon. The consistency reminds me of pre-mixed plaster spackle, but a little more dense. You can smooth it out (dip tool in water to apply) or rough it up for a 'stucco' effect, whatever you prefer. There is another version with styro-foam beads in it for added texture but I like the versatility of this one.

Can you add flake glitter to this? If you can and have done so, is it visible after the snow-tex dries? Thank you
