Elgato Chat Link Pro - Audio Adapter, for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Capture Voice Chat, Gameplay Sound, Extra Long Cable

I originally had given this a lower rating because after a few weeks/month, one of the channels failed, so I was hearing just from my right headset. I reached out to the elgato team and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, and how quick they were to remedy the situation. Without hesitation they offered a solution that was quick and reasonable. Before the left channel failed me, it worked seamlessly! Plug and play ready and had fixed my streaming challenges. And the audio was crisp and clear! The pro version is supposed to be sturdier but with sensitive cables, things can get damaged. I received my replacement within 5-7 business days. This company was the best in treating their customers! I will continue to buy from Elgato.

Works very well. Some say my mic sound even louder with this now, for some reasons. So, that's a plus? ;) If you need it, just buy it. No questions.

My original Chat Link cable started to wear out and even had some exposed wires after more than 2 years of use, so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and just get a new one. I wasn't aware the pro version was even a thing but when i saw it had a ground loop isolator, I knew I had to give it a try. I've had an annoying buzzing sound whenever I streamed or recorded on my PS5 because I have to play wired, and I tried fixing it with different filters on OBS but it always ruined the audio. I then bought a separate ground loop isolator, but it always made my game audio really low so i would have to increase the gain but then that would make some feedback audible. I bought the pro cable, and all of my problems were instantly fixed. There is still a very, very, small buzzing sound but nowhere near what it was before, plus I don't have to increase the gain on my gameplay to make it audible! This cable also fixed an issue on my Xbox where the center channel audio wasn't being picked up so cutscenes were impossible to hear. I'm so happy right now I had to tell someone!

Excelente producto

Product works well when relatively new, set up is easy. I use this to stream from my Playstation 5 to my PC. Plug into the capture card and the other end goes into your controller. There is a split cord for the Aux audio to go to your headset. Unfortunately, I have to buy one every year due to static noise coming through stream. Not sure what causes this.

Obviously this is a 5 star it might be the best chat link cable. But it gets shortage too fast I just recently bought one and it came with a shortage I have no idea wtf they doing if they fix that we perfect but noooo

They need to manufacture this product a little better. The cable shorts after a couple months and that’s not with excessive use. It tends to short near the end that goes into the controller. The cable length is good. It’s pretty long. Additionally it’s easy to install.

I have no complaints I have a 4K Elgato capture card and I could actually hear my game chat now just make sure you have a wired headset with them
