I watched the short video and I get it now. The video helped me out a lot. This is my first foray into small animals and hay. I just threw a block in the hutch and hoped for the best. Hahahahaha. I will have to dig it out now to “fluff” it. I also contacted the company about an allergy concern. My son has a peanut allergy and I was concerned about any cross contamination. I received an email reply very promptly dispelling my concerns. The hay is safe for my son to be around. Big relief. Customer service is something that creates loyalty.
