how many animals will the 16oz treat and it is concentrate so what do you mix it with and how far will it go?

The dip will treat as many animals as you need it to and here's why: it is concentrated, mix 1/4 cup in half gallon water. I suggest making small batches, when I first got it I mixed it in a 10 gallon bucket, but 'dip' is just a name. Trying to dip a cat in a bucket dosent work. Just soak a washcloth and rub them down to the skin. Work from one animal to the next. Keep mixed solution in a jar/ anything with lid. NO website has information on how long it keeps, but since you must dip every 5 days I have reused one solution about three times and cured mange successfully. The dip will separate (it says so on package) just stir before use. Once the mixed solution changes from see-through green to white chalky green I throw it out and mix a new batch. Cured two cats of mange with only half a bottle. Hope this helps.

Can the diluted solution (gallon made from 4 oz. of concentrate) be saved and reused?

I would imagine it could. I had saved some in an plastic empty, cleaned out milk jug. Unfortunately, this product didn't do the job for my cat. I had to order another product. It may work for your needs however. Just my experience with it.

Does it kill ring worm?

Yes, it kills all skin parasites, including ring worm.

Would this help for fleas?

for me this would be to much medicine. I would use a flea spot. find one that has both fipronil and methoprene in it. the fipronil kills adult fleas, and the methoprene stops the eggs from hatching.
