No jitters just awake, alert, and energetic
Gum has good flavor and doesn't stick to teeth. I drive long distances from one client to another in rural settings. Unless it's harvest time, I don't have a whole lot of traffic around me. It can get hypnotic at times without a place to stop for coffee or time to do so makes this a great tool to keep handy. One piece of gum gives a little jump start to brain alertness and energy. Fresh breath is great as well.

Great for night shift workers.
It work great. I work night shift and start to get tired towards the end of 12 hours of night shift. This gum gives me prp to give shift report and drive home.
