I used mine once and it fell apart when I took it out of the wall. Three clips fell out. Unsure how to reassemble. Doesn't work without clips insid.

I believe so. On this device, there is a portal on top for the round two-prongs, along with the other portals in front. We used this in South Africa with our USA straight prong plugs.
