The Replica lighters have been a popular model with customers since they were first released in 1988. Several models have been created over the years and 2 models continue to be produced; 1935 Replica and 1941 Replica. The Replica lighter collection includes; Black Crackle Black Ice, Brushed Brass, Brushed Chrome, High Polish Sterling Silver and Satin Sterling Silver base models. Imprint methods include color image, auto engrave, and laser engrave. Each lighter has a bottom stamp signifying the year it was made, is refillable, and backed by Zippo's famous lifetime guarantee. All windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory and come packaged in a gift box.

**Q: For people who own this zippo and the regular black crackle zippo which do your prefer? Such as the feel and look, which do you prefer?**
A: I think it feels nicer in the hand over the regular Zippo shape. Just a tad smaller than the current design I think as well.  It looks stouter as well. I really like mine.

**Q: do butane inserts fit in to these?**
A: No, it's tradional zippo style insert but it is a unique size and shape to fit the uniquely sized case c

**Q: How do I go about getting this with the pipe lighter inner workings?**
A: The 1941 Repica by default is a cigarette/cigar lighter and does not ship with a pipe lighter insert.  If you want the shell, you will have to purchase both the 1941 replica and a standard zippo pipe lighter, and switch out the guts.

**Q: is this genuine zippo ? because i see different price in zippo site.**

The reason for the difference in price between the Zippo site and Amazon is because Zippo sells their lighters at the full retail price, whereas here on Amazon, there are many Marketplace Sellers competing for the lowest price, some willing to make loose change on the sale, so customers will benefit from these unheard of low prices.
