The inlet and outlets are both 1 1/2" threaded hubs. It takes about 15 minutes to install.

Does this come with "O" rings?

Yes, it comes with the one O ring for the screw-on cap. This unit has performed very well for me. Stick with Hayward instead of the off-brand units and you will be much happier.

how do i use this chlorinator

It is installed using threaded fitting into your piping. You unscrew the lid, add the chlorine wth the filter off. Close the lid and open the valve to chlorinate the water. Make sure to NOT over tighten. It can be hard to open.
