I used to use it just on my face/eyes and hands, but lately I've been spraying on my back, chest, and arms. It has relieved itchiness on my back, smoothed my skin on my chest and shoulders. My skin is quite sensitive and I've had no problem with it. I also carry a small spray bottle of it in my purse and spray my nose before and after being in public places with large crowds. Seems to keep enough germs away that I rarely get sick. I'm very happy to have found this product.
