Packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Took about 15 minutes to assemble alone and 1 minute to install. The craftsmanship is superb - everything aligned correctly and the paint coat is perfect. It's a bit pricey at $300, but I can see why. This takes the boring, not convincing Samsung frame and makes it look like art!

Easy to put together and looks nice. However, the big flaw is It covers the motion sensor. So you can not use the TV as "ART." It keeps turning off thinking no one is in the room. Also, for some reason, Samsung does not have a setting to just keep the ART on all the time. So in essence, it put a nice frame around a black screen. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of frame TV.

Very difficult to put together and on tv. Ordered this by mistake. Right company, but ordered wrong frame. Have two other frames that went on the others quick and easy. Was not paying attention, I guess. This company has easier frames to put on and look beautiful, this one was not easy by any means.

Massive upgrade. Elevates the frame TV to another level. High quality metal frame, looks and feels like something you'd get at a custom framing shop. Comes with somewhat easy to read instructions, and a video. Put together and enjoyed within 10 mins. I bought another in white and looks just as nice. The price is steep, but it's made to last. Really enjoying the new frame.

For the premium price, I’m disappointed at the carelessness of design in not preserving the light censor functionality of the TV. With the frame installed, the TV is not able to sense the amount of light in the room and therefore does not dim the screen accordingly. When troubleshooting, we found the manufacturer notes to say that “most people do not use that feature” and that attitude is not what we expected given the cost of the frame was about half the cost of the TV itself.

I got the frame TV for my birthday and just got the frame to go with that! It was very easy to install and looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this. I did not have any problem getting the remote to work with this frame. I noted that other people had and I didn’t have any problem. I’ll show that in my video.

The corner of the frame suggests that it looks like a picture frame. What came is very thin. It doesn’t look like a picture frame at all. For $475 you’d think there was something special to it, but it’s like half an inch thick is all around the tv. Also, it took weeks to arrive because I ended up having to ship it to a friends place who would be home to sign for it because they required a signature for the thin metal frame but the 2 thousand dollar tv was dropped off at the door step like it was just a bag of groceries with no signature required. I called Amazon after the first failed attempt to deliver and they assured me that it would arrive the next day. Then the next day called again with the next failed attempt and got the full story of how it would be delivered the next day again. I then called ups and had them on a conference call so they could hash it out and no one was able to do anything about it. I couldn’t even return it to get my refund in a timely matter because it was still in transit. I ended up ordering another one and had to wait until they received it back and the best part… Amazon said, “For your troubles, we will give you A $5.00 credit.” A five dollar credit? I literally paid two guys to be at my house to hang the tv and frame for me as I was out of state and didn’t want the stuff sitting in front of my house. So I unnecessarily paid them to be at my house for no reason because of some half inch thick piece of thin metal that looks nothing like the picture.

Like it. I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but it really does make the art feature seem better. So if you bought a Samsung Frame for the art feature, you’ll probably like these frames. Went together fine.
