Great for breakfast or a snack
We bought this as an alternative to normal cereal that we eat with milk or Greek yogurt. While these are unsweetened, they are superior to your standard breakfast cereal in every way. They are less calories and less sugar while tasting good. If you like a sweeter taste you can add sugar/fruit that way. The texture is also good in both milk and Greek yogurt. The price is also very good (we bought it around $3.75) and we will be buying this again. Highly recommend for those looking for a healthier but still tasty alternative to normal breakfast cereal!

Just puff
Why a wheat puff without a bunch of junk on them is hard to find? Used to be a common store item. Anyway these fit the bill and are the genuine product.

Tastes good with no sugar spike
I like this cereal. Tastes good- very fresh with a toasty wheat taste and only 60 calories per cup. Good in yogurt and straight out of the bag as a snack. A great food for diabetics to satisfy the carb craving without a sugar spike.
