Trichogramma 3 Squares/ 12,000 Eggs

These things worked for our clothes moth infestation! After months of seeing moths flying all around the house (about 10 per day) and not being able to find they source of food, larva, or anything that could help us get rid of them, I discovered these! Today is the first day I saw zero moths. I placed one tab on each level of the house two weeks ago.

Used these for the little golden clothes moths. Worked great but you need to buy multiple rounds. I bought about 9 rounds, starting with weekly then extending more. Fully cleared out the infestation within 3-4 months. Highly recommend if you are dealing with clothes moths.

Almost a week later and under magnification I can clearly see that none of the eggs have hatched. A waste of money.

I enjoy growing cannabis (legally) outdoors. The past few years ive been dealing with caterpillars on my plants. These caterpillars love to eat the buds and once they eat their way to the inside of a bud, good luck finding it. You will know when that big beautiful bud starts to die and see little brown specks of caterpillar poop. They are hard to see since they are usually the same color as the plant and are active at night. Ive spent hours meticulously checking my plants for these and since I grow organically, chemical pesticides are not even an option. After hearing about these tiny little wasps (harmless to people) that has the sole purpose in life to search out the moth eggs that will hatch caterpillars and burrow into them to lay their eggs, I had to give them a try. Im so glad I did because these amazing little guys did the job. I started off with buying 6 squares of Trichogramma eggs from NATURES GOODS GUYS 3 squares have between 10,000-12,000 eggs and treats up to 1500-3000 sq.ft They ship them with 2 day delivery since they are live and close to hatching. I hung a card in each of my 6 plants and in a couple days most of the eggs looked like they hatched. The tiny wasp is almost impossible to see. You can fit several adults on a tip of a pencil. After a week I still saw a few caterpillars on my plants. Time to go nuclear! I bought a nice bug zapper for the moths in the evening and this time I ordered the 30 square option which is about 100,000 eggs and treats 1-2 acres. One bad thing about central California is that its hotter than hell in the summer. So when my order arrived there were alot of hatched and dead wasps. I contacted Natures Good Guys and they were beyond cool. Immediately sent a replacement no charge. Super Friendly and very cool people at that company. After I placed the new cards everywhere in my yard, trees, bushes, plants, fence line. Harvest time was incredible with barely any loss at all. I wont grow any plants without these guys having my back. If you grow organic or chemical / pesticide free, Natures Good Guys is a must!!! Order arrived with eggs already hatched. Don't know if more hatched after receiving and don't know if the ones that already hatched did anything to mitigate moth issue

Unfortunately it did not eradicate my clothes moth problem. Very disappointed. I am still dealing with this issue. Was debating on trying it one more time but I am unsure. Maybe it would work if I tried the wasps every two weeks for a 2nd & 3rd time back to back. I heard that had results so I am not opposed to try again.

TL;DR: Order Trichogramma eggs, they will eat the moth eggs, then die. Months and months ago, I received a bag of cockatiel seed that had little hanging strings of seeds caught in "web" inside it. Turns out it was Pantry Moth/Indianmeal Moth/Flour Moth pupae. Before I knew it, I had countless little brown moths flying around and gross white worms climbing the walls. They would eat my birds' food, grubs crawling through it, and they migrated into my cabinets to lay eggs in my flour, too. Of course I cleaned the cage with my hot steam cleaner, sprayed it with vinegar water and let it sit in the hot sun, then re-rinsed it. I bought pheromone glue traps, which caught HUNDREDS of moths, until there was no more glue surface to stick to. I bought blacklight bugzappers and left them on only at night when the birds were roosting in the cage, which drew the moths in and zapped them. But their eggs must've been in multiple places in the house, they kept coming back in full force. Then I discovered mail-order Trichogramma wasp eggs. Sounds scary! But no, when they hatch the "wasps" are MICRO, the size of pepper flakes, they do not look like the scary normal wasps we all know, and they LOVE to search out and EAT moth eggs! Once all the moth eggs are eaten, they die off because there is no more food. They do not bother you or the birds, and I've never even seen one. They come in a small sheet of paper coated in "pepper flakes" (their eggs). You can cut it up, I cut into three strips. I made a tiny "cage" (4"x4"x4") out of small-gauge chicken wire (too small for the birds to get into), and put one strip in that tiny cage and put it into the birds' main cage. I put one strip under the main bird cage but out of the birds' reach. And one strip under my kitchen cabinets. Apparently they hatched (never even saw them, they are so small), and over the course of two weeks there were fewer and fewer moths, and today is the first day there were zero. For anyone dealing with a stubborn pantry moth infestation, spend a few bucks and RELEASE THE WASPS! Followup 2 months later: Moths are gone! And before I tried the wasps, they were EVERYWHERE, with worms crawling on my walls and moths flying around. Before the wasps, I had even found worm casings deep inside boxesI thought were sealed, and inside seed treats that were covered. I kind of did two rounds of wasps, because I think at first only one strip hatched and that first round quickly and significantly reduced the moths. After a few weeks, a few moths came back, so I checked on two wasp egg strips and saw they hadn't hatched. I put them closer to warm lights, and within a week, I haven't seen any more moths. Miracle worker for me!
