To use as cold pack, do I freeze only the gels or the entire wrap/pack with gels inserted? The email address included with product is invalid.

Either way will work. When frozen, the ice packs are harder to insert into the pockets, so perhaps icing the packs when already in place will be easier.

Can I use this for moist heat?

I'm not too sure on that but I think you may be able too.
