Great non staining product!
This is my all time favorite and my go to for the thousands of projects I make for my clients per year. It does not leave a film or stains on your fabric. It is very sticky and works really well. It does not have a smell at all and is very flexible and not stiff. The size is great for lmnultiple projects and it is so simple to use. Just point and spray. It does not have crazy overstay like others ai have tried either!

Great At Holding Your Embroidery Stabilizer And In Lieu Of Pinning Your Sewing
► Why I like it: This works nicely at holding my stabilizer to my fabric for embroidery. Sometimes, though, I find that what I want to embroider on has a lot of sizing in it from the manufacturer. When that happens, I need to first wash the fabric or garment, iron it and then I can use it, otherwise the sizing does not stick too well. As is to be expected, it does have an oder, but it is slight. Just make sure you use it in a well ventilated area as you don't want to be inhaling an adhesive type product. You only need a very light spray as it is very adhesive and seems to last a long time. I've never left it on for days on end, but I've heard that you can do that and it will still hold. I've only used it a few times in lieu of pinning something that I am sewing basically because it is so expensive for my tight budget that I would rather pin my sewing and save it for the embroidery stabilizer where I would not want to be pinning. I have always pinned, so it really is no big deal for me. Plus, I am not doing large quilts where the time savings in using this versus pinning would be significant. I find that it rinses out just fine and does not leave a gummy residue nor have I had any problems with it gumming up my needle. BUT, you should only use a very fine spray. If you should have gumming issues, it is because you are spraying too much product on it. ► Pros: Much faster to use than pinning or basting. Holds the stabilizer in place for embroidery. You can reposition as needed. ► Cons: EXPENSIVE. When I purchased this on Sept 8th, it was 12.4 ounces for $19.88. It is now 10.93 ounces for $20.35. ► Suggestions for Improvement: Lower the price. ► Would I buy again? Yes. ► Purchasing Decision & Questions: I hope I have helped your purchasing decision of this Odif 505 Temporary Spray and Fix. Fantastic, great stuff
My bindings are now the best ever. Just finished several sewing projects and this was perfect for keeping small bindings in place. I love that it allows you to make adjustments. You can take up the fabric and make some adjustments and it still holds in place.

It worked great!

Very useful
I used this for basting my quilt layers together prior to quilting. It held well and I was happy to find that it's relatively low odor, since I had to work indoors due to bad weather. Only a light spray was needed, which I applied to the batting only.

This Works Really Well! The Price is Right!
I have never used any thing like this. I was using it to hold a stabilizer on Fleece fabric so that I could embroider a "no Sew" throw. I wanted to decorate the throw and be sure the "ties" stayed in place. I pinned two pieces of Fleece fabric together (the same size) and measured each edge (marking with chalk) at the point I wanted to sew. I then taped newspaper on each side of the mark so that only enough fabric (about 2" wide) was going to be Sprayed. I then Sprayed each edge. I let the Spray "sit" for a couple of hours. I then cut my stabilizer so that it was 2" wind and laid it on top of the Sprayed fabric. The next day I started sewing. The first thing that happened was that I had over sprayed. My needle was getting stuck. I wasn't sure what to do. I Googled how to get rid of excess adhesive? The answer Goof Off. I took the whole Throw into the laundry and it worked. When I was done sewing, I found out that I had sprayed a lot more than I realized. I used Goof Off again. Then I washed the Throw in my washing machine and everything turned out beautifully. The 505 Spray did an awesome job! The smell was light and the amount in one can was more than enough. I highly recommend it for any temporary fabric repair. I didn't give it five stars because there was no information on the can regarding taking the adhesive off when you were done. It would not have washed out as far as I know.
