What would this look like on black fabric?

The ink will still glow in UV light on any surface. The exact appearance would depend on how absorbent the fabric is.

If you mark the underside of the table so that it is not exposed to sunlight or rain, it should work fine.

Can you use if in a fountain pen?

Would not be ideal for this purpose. Fountain pen ink is typically water based. Our inks are alcohol based and much thinner than a water based ink. They can work well with calligraphy pens in some cases, but an alcohol based ink would not mesh well with the internal parts of a fountain pen.

What wavelength (nm?) of black light is the ink most sensitive to? i want to purchase some uv leds and want the brightest florescence i can get. thx

385-390NM. Fluorescent black light works the best.
