Q: I purchased and installed this trim but forgot about the inside wall corner, where can I find this? I haven’t been able to find it.

You can create an inside corner by using a sharp blade to cut only the back of the material including at the top & bottom curve. Then you can bend it to create the inside corner. We needed several for our application. Don't try to bend it without cutting the backing or it will distort the front surface.

Q: Are these completely hollow? Can I stuff thin cords inside them?

They are solid. You can not run a cord through them.
