the electric cord keeps falling off i need one that is redesign how can i get one that will not fall off?

There is a magnetic connection between the cord and the fryer. If you attempt to connect the cord upside down, the cord will fall out of the fryer socket. Note which side you are trying to put the plug into the fryer socket, if it falls out turn the plug over and plug in with the opposite side up. Also the cord can't have ANY TENSION on it. The cord needs to be able to be plugged in to the wall socket without any form of pulling on the cord connected to the fryer. If you can't do this then you need a appliance extension cord (a heavy duty since plug extension generally 3ft long with only 1 plug) Don't just buy any cheap extension cord or power strip as they aren't designed to handle the load of the fryer and can overheat and start a fire.

Does the fry basket have a high position out of the oil? If yes, does the basket hook inside the fryer or over the top edge of the fryer?

hi can i buy this and put a british three pin plug on or not? 110v us 240v uk?

US power is 110 to 120 volts on one leg, neutral for return and an equipment safety ground. Neutral returns to grid, ground to earth ground if the equipment should become energized. UK power, I believe is 240 on one leg, return on other and equipment safety ground.

The manual is very important, if you don't have the manual maybe this can be found online or contact the manufacturer. You must have the manual to operate the appliance.
