They're adjustable to fit standard or thick cubicle walls. I used them to hang a big whiteboard (4' x 3') on the thinner style cubicle wall and they've been doing the job for a few months now without complaint. The board is a little floppy but that's a hazard of any kind of hanging system. I hardly notice it.Two caveats:(1) the little hooks on the end of the metal tongues fit under the metal rim of the whiteboard, but they'll tend to pull the rim off the board. I placed mine at the two extreme ends of the top of the whiteboard and they've worked well there, only pulling a little.(2) The internal screw that locks the plastic clip to the metal tongue sticks below the bottom surface when it's screwed down. You'd do well to cut off this excess with a file or hacksaw, or maybe one of those bolt-shears in the head of a crimping tool.The company should really supply screws that are the correct length. With the excess screw sticking out the bottom, the clip rides up at an angle and doesn't look secure where it hangs on the cubicle wall top. It still holds, though. The metal is pliable enough to bend to work, which is a plus and a minus. They have worked well so far, though I've had to tape them down to the top of the wall so they don't come off.
