Does this contain teflon?

Today's nonstick and Teflon cookware is considered safe for everyday home cooking, as long as temperatures do not exceed 500°F (260°C).

Will the mini waffle fit in a toaster to reheat it or is it too small?

They fit in a toaster to reheat, I pre-make waffles in the mini-maker, keep them in the fridge or freezer and reheat them in the toaster all the time.

About how long to cook a waffle? Not even a hint in the instructions...

You can watch the steam coming off the waffle. When it stops the waffle is pretty much there. You can open the lid to see how done it is. The top and the bottom are consistently cooked with this device. My big waffle iron isn’t as consistent in cooking both sides.

What size waffel does it make?

As noted: the same size as an Eggo Waffle...about 4". This makes a GREAT waffle....and is also a little thicker than an Eggo (frozen) waffle.
