Gorgeous desk at a great price. Matches my MCM home design. HOWEVER, this is the most tedious, and frustrating assembly EVER! It does state to have help to assemble, but I don’t have that luxury. It is possible to assemble alone and with A LOT of patience.All pieces were there and they have a bag of extra nuts and bolts just in case! All pressboard material but good quality. Stable and solid.

I looked at a lot of desk in this price range and I think this one is the best. It’s very solid, has real drawers (not fabric) obviously looks great, like a real desk, and the assembly is straightforward. One little detail to be aware of is that the long side is 59” but the other side is 57.”

I’ve had this desk for a year and a half now and still love it. I got this desk for my home office because I work late nights and weekends during busy seasons (I’m an accountant) and I needed something that was spacious, practical, and looked good. The desk was not hard to put together, however, it was missing a nut that was vital. My dad is a machinist though and he was able to machine one out of a similar piece I picked up at Ace hardware so I could get the desk put together and start using it sooner. I think there may have been an edge on the desk frame that was slightly damaged during shipping but the damaged spot was hidden once we put the desk together so I didn’t mind. I don’t think the price is outstanding for the quality. I think it’s appropriately priced. It’s not the best quality but also not poor. It’s heavy to be particle board and appears to hold up well to normal desk usage. I wouldn’t set anything super heavy on it though. I like the storage space. I love that it’s L-shaped; that was a deal breaker for me if it wasn’t. Over-all, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an attractive piece that is appropriately priced for its quality. If you’re looking for a solid desk that can withstand heavy use, you’ll need to look elsewhere because this is made of particle board. However, you will spend a great deal more for more solid wood. Do I think this is going to last me the rest of my career? Unlikely. Particle board tends to start sagging around the 15 year mark, especially in our humid Louisiana climate.

I bought this desk 1 year ago and it looks as perfect as it did when I put it together.I love everything about it. The drawers, the little space above the drawers that I use to store some bits, the clean look, and the shape. I keep two external monitors plus my laptop, pencil holders, and a small file rack on the desk and still have space for my notebook and some personal items. It’s been perfect for me!

This desk is HEAVY! So returning it is an exceptional hassle. I took the challenge and returned the desk for a replacement but was greeted with more dents, gouges, scratches and zero customer service from the manufacturer. In fact the desk comes with a QR code that leads you to a web page that no longer exists for service. Sent emails, called…nothing. Amazon replaced the desk after sending it back but I don’t have it in me to return it again so I am taking the L. Just avoid this desk and learn from my mistakes.
