It was worth every penny. It really works.
The is my first review of anything. I am extremely skeptical about everything! I tried to do research but Lord there are so many types, brands, and accessories. So this seemed to match my requirements. It spins mop dry, the spinner portion co.as apart for cleaning, the mop has adjustable height, extra mop heads, a scrub brush and a duster. So I bought one July 2020. LOVED IT!! Used duster to clean walls and ceiling. Scrub brush for heat duty cleaning. I admit took a little while to get used to rotating head but with all the cleaning and practice figured out how to mop with and without the mop head spinning. Also how to really press that mop head hard against floor . When done mopping I just pop off mop head toss in washer to clean. Easy Peasy! Well it is now August of 2022! DID IT HOLD UP? YOU BET IT DID!! Everything still works just as good as when I pulled it out of the box day one. However sad to say my Mother wasn't watching where she was walking and fell on it. She killed my mop bucket! The bucket cracked down the side. Now I am buying mop2.0. Hope it works the same or bettter. This mop made a chore bearable. Take the leap it will be worth it.

Works Well and Saves Time
I like this product. I like that the spinning drying basket is metal as is the mop handle. The mop length is adjustable to various heights so bending over is minimized. The mop head is made up of microfibers which hold water and glide easily over surfaces. I am able to cover more area with each rinse than my previous mop, so it cuts down the total time to clean an area. The rinse and spin compartments both work well. The process for using the mop needs some getting used to. You have to go through multiple steps each time you rinse the mop: first you have to lock the mop head with the handle in the upright position; then you have to release a lever on the mop handle that allows the mop to spin; then you can rinse the mop in the lower chamber of the bucket by pushing the mop handle up and down; then you move to the spin dry upper level compartment and again push the mop handle up and down to spin dry the mop head; then you have again lock the mop handle at the proper height for your use; then you again tilt the handle from the upright position to allow you to use the mop on the floor. Also, the spin dry bucket is just big enough in diameter to allow the wet mop to sit in and you have to be very precise in inserting it because the dripping mop will inevitably flop some of the mop head over the side of the bucket and drip on the floor. I would have wanted a larger diameter spin bucket so the mop head easily fits into it and not drip over the side. But, overall, I like the system and have found it easier to use than my previous mop and I can get more done in less time. The mop is good for all surfaces but I would not expect it to do an effective job of deep cleaning as the micro-fibers are not made for that purpose.

!! UPDATE - 12/01 !! — *WAS* obsessed…now, disappointed.
After reviewing my prior message exchange w/customer service - I realized they never sent my replacement as I never sent my zip code when sending them my address. That’s 100% MY fault. Not the company. I responded with my zip code even though it’s been months since we’ve messaged, and I received a delivery from them expedited. I was accepting a replacement screw as that was my request they agreed upon as I wasn’t demanding an entire BRAND NEW mop replacement because I understand business, didn’t want them wasting inventory over a small screw, and I’m not entitled, rude, or demanding nonsense just to feel better about “getting over on one” (can you tell I’m in customer service?) I was highly impressed seeing a brand new mop handle, mop head, mop cleaning attachment heads (all 3 I received in the original purchase) expedited to reach me fastest. This tells me customer service heard my problem, listened to my request, and made the decision to go above and beyond ensuring I was happy. I’m very impressed, grateful, and . In my previous review, I mentioned this is my favorite mop I’ve ever owned. I borrowed a similar style spin mop from work and it only made me more appreciative of my mop. I love the low plug to drain the mop bucket, I appreciate being able to pull the spin bucket to easily clean instead of just dumping it over. Their mop bucket didn’t have an easily draining plug. It was huge, bulky, and nearly impossible to clean the spin bucket without fear of cutting myself. My mop bucket is easily portable without fear of it tipping over. I don’t need or use the additional attached pulley handle of the work mop. I don’t have any issues with a drenched floor, it cleans old and tough stains, and dries quickly. I HATED the twist lock on the work mop vs my lever lock. My mop handle is longer and can extend shorter or longer. I use the different cleaning attachment heads for my floors, walls, baseboards, high ceiling areas and they’re easy to change out. Hardwood covers majority of my house and my walls are a very light yellow. My mop can be used for it all and does a great job. Recommendations: I always go over my hard floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, then finish with my steam mop that has minimal dirt. Of course if you half @ss sweep, then mop, you’re not going to get the best clean. Doing the little extra ensure I have legimate clean floors. ADVICE: DO NOT STOP THE MOP MID-SPIN as this will cause damage to the mop. Let it finish its complete spin. Otherwise don’t complain about the absorbency, soaked floors, damaged mop, etc. You’re doing that to yourself. That’s likely how I damaged the screw and caused it to become loose and ultimately losing the end bolt. Overall, impressed with customer service not only following through, resolving the problem immediately although months had passed, and exceeding my expectations with the new set instead of the agreed screw replacement. ___________________________________________________________________________ !! Previous Review !! This has been by far my absolute favorite mop I’ve ever used. I purchased in July 2022. Within weeks, the red circle pieces on both sides near the lock lever fell off (pic #5)… no big deal - the mop still did its job and worked beautifully. Almost a year ago, the bolt or whatever it was holding the screw in place to connect the mop handle to the mop head fell out. I continued trying to maneuver and use the mop while mopping less but reached out to support. At this time, I reached out to Amazon Customer Service which redirected me to the company. My order information shows “Ganar Direct” to be the seller, so whether it was them or the actual ”Hapinnex” store - I’m unsure. Either way, it was weeks of back and forth. What happened, explaining it multiple times, sending photos, etc. All I wanted was either a replacement screw or a new mop handle & head that’s actually ATTACHED. I don’t even need the mop attachments or buckets, all mine are perfectly fine. I absolutely refuse to purchase a new mop for the price over a dang screw. They offered to send a screw replacement, proceeded with the back and forth, giving my address with a “It should be there in a couple weeks”. No confirmation of anything sent, no checking in, oh…and NO REPLACEMENT!!! I checked the mail for weeks! I raved so much about this mop that co-workers purchased similar ones, even my job bought one but mine is better than the one from work. Their customer service sucks. Their “word” and “promise” sucks. They don’t follow through. I want my screw replacement or a new mop handle that works!

I love it. Makes cleaning all my floors a breeze. One of the bad reviews for this product suggests that the spinner doesn’t work. It does work. Just don’t jam the mop down hard. Just put it on the rinsing spinner, unlock the handle and spin. If you press down really hard, yes the mop head will come off. Just don’t press down hard! The dry spinner is also awesome. I do not have to remop the excess water off my floor now because the dry spinner removes all the excess water perfectly! I fully recommend this mop system 100%!

Loved the lever-lock (easier to use than the "screw" design of competitor Mopnado that we had for the past 2 years, but Mopnado's spin mechanism broke down). Hope this Happinex mop will last longer.

When unboxed the size of the bucket concerned me, it seemed small. After using it though, the bucket is the perfect size and the spinner gets the mop head the perfect "wetness" I used to have to "back mop" with another dry mop with my old spinner, not anymore. i use it on ceramic and wood floors
