INSTANT CRAMP RELIEF. At night my significant other suffers from muscle spasms frequently which has been very disruptive for our night life. This spray has made all the difference. Now, when I am woken by his pain, I immediately grab this spray and within seconds he is cramp free. I’ve learned that by spraying the bottom of his feet helps to avoid cramps through the night.

Great magnesium spray for cramping and sore muscles
Love this product. I am an avid golfer in the heat in Florida and i spray this on my calfs and arms before I play. It helps me replace the minerals that I loose while sweating and avoid cramping. It helps with post play recovery too. I like that it is 100% natural with no crap added. I spray it on my feet sometimes to help me sleep. Highly recommend.

Be careful how much you use
I had sore muscles and sprayed this on my arms and legs. It was too much magnesium for me to absorb and I was so tired for about 5 days with heavy brain fog. It works well but you must be cautious of how much you use - there should be a warning on the label.

This product was okay but really do not see a difference in what I was looking for to help me. Not bad but okay!

Good strong mineral spray
Good quality minerals. Strong, may want to dilute in second bottle cause it can burn, but lasts longer that way. Just don’t drop the bottle, it was fragile for plastic.

Works great
I previously had a magnesium spray, this works much better having other minerals as well. I do get leg cramps at night from time to time & this really shuts it down

Love this
My husband got this to try. I’m very glad he did. It has helped our children with growing pains and sore muscles. It helps all of us sleep better. Our skin feels great when we use it. It does not have a bad smell. It will definitely be something we always have on hand.

The product stings when sprayed on my skin. Purchase with extreme caution!!
Product stings. Possibly way too concentrated. Also, this product is sadly not returnable so purchase with extreme caution. My only option is to throw mine away!! Additionally, this is my first one star rating - FYI.
