I BOUGHT THREE!
I bought three! Two backspacks that came with two bladders, one bladder separate, and three cleaning kits. I already owned a hydration backpack from another company so this will be an easy comparison! FIRST: the customer service from FreeMove is AMAZING!! I was going on a walking tour of Washington DC and waited until the VERY last minute or order these. MIRACLES DO HAPPEN because i received all of my stuff before we left for our trip!! Review time: my husband: 5โ10โ, 180#, felt super comfy in the back pack. It adjusted in all the ways he need and wanted for a comfortable wearing experience. It wasnโt too big or to small on his back. My son: 5โ0โ 80#. He, too, was able to adjust the backpack for him body and preferences. I did not order a backpack for myself as I was using one from a different brand. But, for these backpacks I would have liked if some of the straps were removable: waist trap, for example. Itโs not a problem, just a preference. Also, the backpacks were made with quality materials. I even commented to my husband โthese are nice!โ When they came in because, for the price, I expected they might be cheaply made. The hydration bladders were AMAZING! The mouth of the opening is large enough to put my hand in! The hydration bladder from my other backpack is not and that always bothered me. The rubber used for the FreeMove bladder is a translucent blue, so you can see what ACTUALLY in the bladder. My other bladder is made from opaque black rubber. Ugh! I love how the mouth price detaches from the tubing, making it easier to clean. I LOVE the On/Off functionality of the water release AND the mouth piece HAS A CAP!!! No more dragging the mouth piece on the ground when you take of your pack!!! YAY!! So awesome!! The tube comes with a neoprene sleeve to keep the water cool from the pack to your lips! And the finale: the cooler pack!! This system comes with a 2 liter insulated cooler pack for your hydration bladder. OMG! GENIUS!! I filled up all three bladders with a FULL 2 liters of water and used three cooler packs!! The cooler pack fit over my non-FreeMove 2 liter bladder just fine and fit into my backpack perfectly! My son and my husband had the FreeMove backpacks full of water and we were off to our Nationโs Capitol!! Extras: the bladder, tubes and connections never leaked. And I tried to make them leak. After adjusting the lids 100% leak proof. I do wish the bladder lid was connected to the bladderโmaybe for the next iteration a silicon case for the lid that wraps around the base of the opening?? Special thanks to Gale for all your help! Excellent product!! P.s. I ended up ordering myself a hydration bladder when we got home. So I do have 3 bladders, 3 cooler packs and 3 cleaning kits... but only 2 backpacks.

Well made, priced right, & has all the major features you need.
I bought the 3L & No leaks, has a nice 90 degree bite nozzle, has the quick detach on it with shutoff valve, and silicone on mouthpiece is soft and has no issues. It already has the dust cover for the mouthpiece too. Hose line is insulated. Came with well made Insulation bag. Excellent value & has all the good stuff ready to go. I even received an extra O ring for the bag seal and one for the tube line with it. Bought another one for my wife I was so impressed. This review is exclusively for the 2019 updated version of the 3L bladder with cooler bag. P.S.- I put ice water in the bladder and then put it inside the insulated bag and it stayed cold :) ... also a good washing with a drop of dawn soapy water followed by 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 2 cups water sloshed around in the bladder followed by 2 tablespoons lemon juice and two cups water.. Then rinse well and thoroughly and it will remove all of the initial plastic smell and taste.

Very Nice Bladder
I really like the insulated hose. It keeps water cool without adding much weight. I also use the thermal bag. Just be careful you don't cross thread the lid, you won't ruin the threads, but it will leak if it's not threaded right. I also like the cover on the mouth piece. In the past I had accidentally got the hose under the shoulder strap up in my arm pit, next sip was kind of salty... yes gross. The retainer broke on my mouth piece cover. There is enough room to drilled a hole in the top and add a lanyard though, so no fowl there. All in all, the best bladder I have owned!

Buy this Product!
As a lifetime Camelbak user, I was apprehensive about purchasing this product. That being said, I could not be happier. I was impressed with the quality of the items. the thermal bag is durable and works great as a protective barrier. The hose tightly snaps into the bladder rather than simply plugging into the bag and has yet to leak. The hose, that also has a thermal sleeve, can be fully disassembled via more snap connections for cleaning and repair. After one simple baking soda rinse, the plastic taste was gone from the bladder. The large fill hole makes it very easy to clean as well. Only negative is that the bite valve does not allow as much flow as the name brand products I have used in the past, but the the price-point and quality of the product makes up for that. Note: Ive only owned the product for a month, so will update if issues arise.

Leaks and defective, the 3L bladder is better constructed
I bought this 2L bladder for my son for a backpacking trip. I purchased the 3L bladder for myself which I am very pleased with. Overall the construction of these bladders seem to be of good quality. The issues I had with the 2L bladder seem to be more of quality control and overall design. Below are the issues I encountered with the 2L bladder in comparison to the 3L bladder that I purchased. First issue - Insulation on tubing is not secured. In the photos you will notice that the tubing on the 2L bladder is not heat shrink secured on both ends like it is on the 3L bladder. Not being secured allows the insulation sleeve to move and trap dirt under the insulation sleeve. Not to mention it just seems like poor quality control as this should have been caught in manufacturing. Second issue - It leaks even after rigorous testing and checking. The 2L bladder has a screw on lid with male threads and a silicone seal that is along the outer edge of the lid that can bunch or bind when attached to the bladder. In short if you put it on too tight it will leak since it will bunch and allow for water to leak. If not screwed on tight enough it will not make a seal and will leak. Not to mention it is difficult the line up the threads to get it screw on correctly. It took several attempts to get this screwed on securely and what appeared to be leak proof by testing, i.e. squeezing the bladder with water in it to test for leaks, before we loaded into my son's back. Unfortunately it leaked in his pack right before the trip and we had to unload his entire pack, dry it, and reload at the trailhead site, not ideal. In comparison, the 3L bladder which has a lid with female threads and a recessed silicone seal which allows for a waterproof seal and first attempt error proof screw-on seal. The 3L bladder also has a handle to hold the bladder and an attachment that hold the lid for you allowing you to have a free hand. In summary I hope that FreeMove sees this and redesigns the 2L bladder like the 3L bladder. I also hope that they reach out to me to see what can be done with this 2L bladder since I do not trust it enough for another trip.

Wow!
Ok, so, I'm new to the hydration backpack world, but my sister raves about them, and my kid bought one with his birthday money, and now the whole family wants one ๐๐ Anyway, I bought a used Camelbak off Ebay to try out, before I dropped real money, but I needed a bladder to fill it. This one got great reviews, and it came with the cooler bag, and I'm soft, and need cold water. So I decided to try it out. First impressions: I like how the drinking tube is insulated. Only thing I haven't been able to figure out yet is if the insulation can be removed. It seems it should be, so you can see if there's any mold growth. I like how the mouth piece comes with a dust cover. My sister said the CamelBaks didn't come with a cover. They had to buy them separately. I didn't realize this thing locked, but it does, but it's different than the ones I've seen. The ones I've seen have a little latch to switch. This one you have to pull on the mouthpiece, but the cool thing about the lock is, when you pull the dust cover off, it unlocks the tube, so you can drink right away without messing with unlocking it. Putting the cover back on, locks it. The dust cover is a little large and unwieldy thought. Which leads me to my first problem. I've only used this bladder twice so far, and very infrequently, and the dust cover snapped right off! With that being said, I contacted customer service, and they got back with me right away. They sent me a coupon 99% off, for a whole new mouthpiece! So in that regard, their customer service is on point! Filling this bladder is easy. The lid closes with relative ease. My son's is horrible to close. So I'm pleased this one is better. The cooler bag works! It keeps my water cold throughout the day! Granted I've only been using it inside, for the sake of trying it out, but I will update, when we use it in the heat. So far, for the product and price, I've very happy with my purchase, and even if you take a shot on this product, and don't like it, have confidence in the customer service. They will take care of you!

Buying for the second time! Very satisfied.
I'm buying this product for the second time as it works very well. The cooler bag is well made and really keeps the bladder and water cool. It is a nice size so that I sometimes use it for random water bottles and cans. The cooler bag is nice and sleek and easy to slip into my backpack. The hydration pack itself is well made. I like the insulated hose part as it really makes a difference in keeping the contents cool. The bite valve part is a bit larger than normal but it has a cut off switch and a cover which I really like. It can also be taken apart to clean.

Bladder seems perfect, insulated bag is enormous and mines came ripped!!!!
I hate hot water when I'm biking, so I decided to buy this because I wanted to test out how it would hold up in this Texas heat ranging from 102-110ยฐF (i usually bike for 1-3 hours at a time). First of all I want to mention that I have a small, light backpack meant to carry only the bladder. I went ahead and got the 3L hoping it would fit. The bladder on this kit fit like a glove, but the insulated bag is enormous and did not fit my backpack. Maybe I should have gone with the 2L instead. I'll most likely try the 2L insulated bag instead. Secondly, my insulated bag came ripped from the side. I'm sure not everyone deals with this issue when they receive their product, but a warning doesnt hurt for you future buyers. Check out pics for reference in case you have a small water backpack and are eyeing this product.

Works
Purchased this for an all-day airsoft game. Was secured in a backpack sleeve. Had gear on top of it and was beat up during the game. Did not fail. Water remained cold/fresh for most of the day. Happy.

No leaks, keeps things cold!
I bought this for my trip to Jamaica, and had it with the cooler bag in my hiking and photography backpack. No leaks was extremely important due to there being thousands of dollars of equipment in my backpack, and this served perfectly. Also, even though the ambient air temperature was about 28C, this pack kept my water cold for about 8-10 hours, which is very impressive. by hour 8 it is not super cold still, but just enough to be refreshing still. Overall, great product! I would buy it again!

exactly what I needed
The previous bladders I have had, have leaked. SO far this one is so easy to fill, the seals are tight and it hasn't leaked. the dust cover, which I love to have, is a little sticky but it is worth having to keep the bit clean.

Best hydration pack!
Amazing hydro-bag! The tabs worked awesome to clean the plastic taste out of it to start. The cooler bag is awesome and keeps the water cold on very hot days as well!

2L vs 3L
I had a hard time figuring out what size was best for my backpack (mec trail 16 daypack) which is a medium size backpack. Based on the dimensions of the backpack and this it seemed the 3L would fit but it was to long by just enough that I thought it would cause issue. The 2L with insulated back fits just right. 3L would fit a regular or large backpack but if your pack is smaller then average get the 2L and save yourself the return. Everything seems well made though I have yet to try this thing out. Easy to fill however not easy to close properly without leaking so make sure its on correctly before going on your adventures. Seems quite difficult to put the tube through the hole once filled so I recommend to thread the tube through first then connect to the full bladder or just let the tub hang out the side of the bag opening. I do wish there was a hook inside the insulated bag to keep the bladder upright inside. I'm concerned it will collapse down the back while in use but we shall see if that's a valid concern upon actual use I'll update again once I use the bladder and insulated bag on a hike
