I was tempted to take 2 more tabs but glad I didn't b/c I then read the 1-star reviews (a bit late) and saw that ingredients are toxic. like scopolamine w/serious side effects. This is the next day and it's a lost day as I feel like a zombie w/no brain or physical capacity to do anything. I'm a 72 yo woman and tired of being sleepless in seattle (though I live in calif :- ) and had big hopes but I'll have to stick to my Advil Allergy & Congestion for now.
