Are these the large gel capsules? I can't. Get them down and can't tolerate bad taste either. If they're the small ones great.

no they are not large. they are definitely on the small side for sure. no bad taste when you have them in your mouth to swallow with water. sometime you will get a burp that reminds me of good pizza because of the oregano oil. but if you are afraid of an after burp or nausea if you have a sensitive stomach, eat a piece of bread or a couple crackers a couple minutes after you take the gx assist. I have found that to be helpful.

As far as I know there's coconut oil in it.
