Then unhook the Velcro and wrap it all the way around your leg or wrist until you reach the other end of the weight where the metal clasp is. Insert it through the clasp, and then secure the velcro. It makes perfect sense once you figure it out, but it took me a minute. LOL **Q: what is length of 3 lb weights?** A: The part that goes around your ankle is just under 12 inches and the strap that goes around is another 12 inches.
