Q: Not able to fit the brush roll..any advice? Its the right model and make

I fitted it on my crosswave, you have to fit the end with the cross inside the circle first and then slot the other end in. you have to open the top clear compartment first by sort of pushing it towards to main body of the machine and pulling up at the same time.
