I have the 8TB, it's a beast! **Q: Can you store the new gen games and play them without it being on your console?** A: No the new PS5 games currently must be stored either in console memory or an NVMe drive if you installed one to play them on the console. PS4 games can be played from this drive which connects to a USB port and is classified by the PS5 as USB storage. If you have a PS5 game you’re not playing you can move to this USB drive, to free up console storage or NVMe memory, but you have to move them back to console storage or the NVMe drive to play. Much faster process than having to download again from the Playstation Store. **Q: If I have bought Xbox gamepass before can I still use the one it comes with?** A: If you mean that you can install games to your drive from gamepass. And still continue to pay for ultimate so that way you can still access the games then yes this drive will work just fine with gamepass games being downloaded to it long as you keep the subscription active for gamepass. **Q: I'm trying to figure out what my son needs to play original Xbox games on his Xbox 360. Will this work for that purpose?** A: Well, the xbox 360 is out dated and can only play xbox 360 games. If what you mean by original xbox games as in the first xbox then that console cannot play them. This hard drive is just to download more games but you need the right games for the console you’re using. Google has answers on that.
