This is the best, far and away, of any Turmeric supplement I've used. Small capsule, 1 per day, doesn't upset my stomach, and, most importantly, has done more good in relieving back and joint pain than previous products, most of which were more expensive and required 2 or 3 capsules per day per instructions. And often made me a bit queasy if I didn't have ample food and lots of liquid to accompany the dose. I subscribed. This is a keeper.

This supplement is very good .ive used it several times but the last time it did not seem to help. I'll likely get it again though just to see if it works again

FYI to anyone with TMJ! I was told a few years ago that nothing else could be done other than take multiple pain pills including a muscle relaxer every night or surgery. I have no cartilage on my right side, its' just bone on bone. A couple friends recommended Botox and that worked very well but only lasted for around 3 months so it was a very pricey option. I have been taking 1 of these a day since mid July of 2024 and NO more TMJ migraines! I have only had maybe 4 to 5 normal headaches since then and that was from too much eye strain.
