Do they sale extra cover for this pillow?

Hi, thanks for the great question. Yes we do, you can purchase extra covers on Amazon. They are called 'Replacement Pillow Cover for Zenesse Health Breathe Easy Face Down Pillow'. Here is the link for your convenience: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095KL8RPB

The description says that you shouldn’t use this for nighttime sleeping, why is that?

Hmmmm, I wonder if it's a disclaimer in case someone would use it to sleep face down and had an obstruction of the air intake that led to serious lack of oxygen. I could see that, while the foam is fairly sturdy, the airway channels at the sides could certainly be compressed if used for a lengthy time and lead to a tragic result. Frankly, I bought it to use when I sunbathe but quickly realized that, while it's fairly comfortable, I wouldn't have an acceptable way to clean it once I've drenched it with sweat repeatedly. Gross. But I do like the pillow for home massages. I bought an inflatable one from Amazon for the sunbathing, much better idea!!!!

Would this be good for protecting your nose after rhinoplasty?

No it wouldn't be goid for that

Can additional pillow cases be purchased? I can’t imagine life with one pillow case.

Yes, they are sold on Amazon. Search for pillow cover for Zenesse Health face down pillow. Also you can use 2 regular size pillow cases. Put one on each end of each opening and slide all the way up and overlap at ends.
