How can I get this replaced? I was sent a faulty product. The bird doesn’t chirp.

Oh this bird is great, as are the other ones in the series. I love that the bird calls come from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology Merlin database. I have been contributing to the database myself, and tracking live mockingbird echograms. This cute little bird sounds amazing. I bought two other birds for my granddaughter at an interesting truck stop in Louisiana. Bird lovers of any age will appreciate this product.

Another excellent plush from Audubon that has both realistic colors, patterns, shapes as well as sounds. My daughter is an animal behavior and wildlife specialist and she loves these. A nice plush as well as being a good educational toy.

I am 76 and disabled, I started collecting these Wild Republic birdies earlier this year, and have 10 different ones now. They sing to me each morning, and they are so soft. I couldn't believe the detail, each little spot and stripe is there. This is a perfect thing for any nature lover to collect
