Chobani® Zero Sugar* Vanilla 32oz

I use this as a yummy low sugar/low carb addition in my smoothies. I also use this in place of oil in cake to cut down on calories and fat and it works so well that you never miss the oil. I've been using this since I went on keto 5 years ago, and while I'm no longer doing keto (too restrictive to become a lifestyle for me) I kept it because I really enjoy this yogurt. It tastes great with no aftertaste that I can discern. The texture is more like normal yogurt, but for those familiar with traditional Greek yogurt, it's not as thick. It's nice high protein treat simply mixed with blackberries or strawberries, like literally desert good! Yes, it's a tad more expensive that regular Greek yogurt, but the low sugar high protein makes it totally worth it!

This is by far the best tasting zero added sugar yogurt on the market. I hesitated ordering from amazon but it arrived early in the AM in an insulated paper bag with a frozen bottle of water in it to keep things cool. Will order again as it can be hard to find locally. I usually add about a cup of this to some fruit, low carb granola and add local honey for an amazing, healthy snack.

Delicious and very unguilty for your sweet tooth! I use various fresh berries on top with cinnamon! YUM!
