Mine has started to malfunction had2mths. Will not dispense water have charge .

My filter is flashing purple, why?

When the filter lifetime is less than 3 days or the remaining filtration capacity is less than 6L, the indicator will flash purple light to notify. Filter lifetime reset: press and hold the dispense button for 8 seconds. When the filter lifetime reset is completed, the indicator light will flash blue light 3 times.
