Does this come with the free NSA spyware

What is the spindle spped for this drive?

Whenever a drive manufacturer or seller doesn't mention the speed of a drive in an ad, you can assume that it is 5400 RPM. If it were 7200 RPM, it would highlighted on the first line. If it was a 10K drive, it would be the very first word on the first line. This is a 5400RPM drive.

So will this work for a ps4 by itself or will i have to buy that ugly nyko bank thing?

The PS4/ pro comes with a 2.5 inch drive and is not compatible with a 3.5 inch drive. You WILL need the data bank for this to work. Not sure why people have answered your question saying it will work? Just to confirm, this WILL NOT fit your PS4 without the data bank.

What is the difference between this version and the one that says (Old Version)?
