I stopped taking for about 3weeks almost a month because I ran out of the supplement and felt that something was not right. They're a larger pill, but not terrible. If you have an issue taking pills, this might be a challenge for you. They're about the size of a large Mike & Ike.

Blue bonnet is a great choice for the vitamins

I purchased this supplement and the description says it's vegan but it isn't. It contains gelatin.

It is blood thinner for me and it cause my noise to bleed.
