I’ve been wearing them in my athletic shoes on my daily walks and my feet felt good for a change. These are very similar to those expensive 45.00+ PowerStep insoles but only 14.99 way WAY cheaper, I have a lot of shoes, so I need a lot of insoles and ones that are functional and affordable and these are the best Ive tried in a while. I won’t spend 45.00 or more on insoles that’s insane! I go through them fast, I’m on my feet all the time. I have tendon issues from an accident as well as every other foot issue known to man, I’m always in pain. These definitely made my walks much more enjoyable. They are rigid with a good arch support, they hold your feet in the correct position and cup your heel in place. I am definitely getting more. Everyone is different but these are worth a try. They look like they will have good arch support, but the arch support is flatter than it looks and doesn't significantly support my arches. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, good arch support *by P***M on September 13, 2021* I have an older pair of boots that although they still have much life left in them, have worn out innersoles. The foam is compressed and they are no longer comfortable. These replacement innersoles allow me to wear the boots for an extended period without soreness. They are fairly deep, so they may not be appropriate for flat or tight shoes with a minimum of space around the foot. But for the boots, they are perfect. There is substantial arch support, which moves the weight to appropriate spots on the foot.
