Good product but need improvement
Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.

Works as advertised!
They work as advertised and easy to use and switch out the cold packs. Haven’t tried the heating aspect of it yet but should be fine. The holding strap stretches out and holds good with the Velcro strap.
