This could be a deal breaker for sure!!!** A: It uses self-adhesive sanding pads. You definitely don't want hook and loop pads for this type of application. They have too much "squish" and will negatively affect the accuracy if you're trying to sand something to a specific angle. Pretty much every stationary disc sander ever uses self adhesive pads - I've never seen a single one that uses hook and loop. **Q: what is difference between 2015 model and 2019 model?** A: I ASKED THIS Q WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MFG.
