This is my second order. A few cookies from the first order were broken, however, they are fragile cookies, so that is to be expected. My second order came in a brown paper envelope with no bubble wrap, the box is crushed and the individual cookie packages are literally crushed. Moral of the story...make sure you order these wonderful cookies from a place that will actually package them properly.

you'll see some negative reviews that say theirs arrived broken. yes, it is very crumbly, and not all of them will be completely intact. they fall apart if you open the little wrappers wrong. but they are so tasty. i would lick the crumbs off of the floor

Delicious delicate cookies were crushed. The box damaged and the cookies flattened. Not good! Don’t buy.

These cookies are delicious and not easy to find, so I bought from this seller. I received a padded envelope, and the box inside was very damaged. Cookies inside, although individually wrapped, were strewn about the box. The cookies are pretty delicate so most are probably broken and I won't know until I open them.

These cookies are great. They have a light texture and delicate flavor; level up a Nilla Wafer into an adult cookie and bless it with the gift of manna and it would taste like this. Only downside is the cookie itself is a little on the delicate side and tends to get broken in-package.

Cookies are delicious but received crushed. I would buy again if the cookies were not in pieces. I have had the cookies before from Korea and they are very good.
