There is a decent call quality of these earbuds. There are no issues at all. It's not as good as we would expect from JBL, but it still works fine. The sound isn't that great, bass isn't that great, and maximum volume isn't that great. There is good battery life. It connects instantly with the phone, no problems at all. An external battery indicator is a very useful feature.

1.Call quality It has a pretty decent call quality. No issues what so ever. 2. Sound The sound quality is not what we generally expect from JBL , still it's fine. Bass is not tat gr8, max sound is below par. 3. Battery Battery life is good. 4. There no a thing called ANC, its another bluff but tat doesn't matter to me. 5. Easy to use, connects instantly with the phone whatsoever. 6. Battery indicator outside the box is very useful. Over all it's a gr8 daytoday use practical product from JBL and meets my expectations

Best gadget ever!

I have the AirPods Pro and for some reason the right earbud used to cause me pain. I switched to JBL Live Pro+ and the fit and comfort in both the ears is excellent. I am not an audiophile, I use the earbuds for regular calls and some streaming and haven’t found any issues. The battery life is excellent as well. All in all, totally satisfied with the product

Good for music n videos but not for calls

Lasted only a couple of months before sound quality failed. Sounds like I am listening in a cave now. Tried reset of the buds a few times and no better. Difficult to get back to supplier as Amazon window only open for 2 weeks.

I bought the item and recieved it the first time, after that the earbud stopped working within a couple of days. I got a new pair sent to me and they took 2 months to arrive. After getting them they broke AGAIN!!!!! Same problem after a couple of weeks they stopped working again and now im stuck with a paperweight. If someone buys something they expect it to work at least a year or 2, not 2 days and 2 weeks. So i do not no buy this product.👎👎👎👎👎 and everytime i call they say there investigating it. Meanwhile im stuck with nothing. Been listening to music with one earbud for a while and i bought me earpods from a actual apple store. Thanks for nothing amazon. You litterly sold me a broken item. Twice !!! 2X

Ich habe die Earbuds jetzt seit über 4 Jahren und nutze sie beim Joggen und auf dem Arbeitsweg, also täglich mehrere stunden. Sie funktionieren immernoch einwandfrei. Die akkus mit Ladeschale hält immernoch über eine Woche und das nach der Zeit. Sehr gute Qualität!

for one month or so, I was quite happy with these earbuds. But for some unknown reason, they suddenly started to go into pairing mode constantly. I mean constantly, with no way to turn it off (they dont have any button or anything - hello beautiful, sleek, IMPRACTICAL design). SO I did a factory reset. And now they are undiscoverable, even though they are fully charged, my laptop can find other devices, the usual checklist all check out. They were not easy to pair even in the beginning, but repeated attempts helped eventually. Now its nothing, so cannot recommend them at all.
