I'm doing a 1978 g 10 chevy short wheel base van drip rails ... how many will i need ?

I used about one and a half on a 1966 Mustang drip rails. The Mustang drip rails are a combined 120 linear inches.

Can this be applied over existing new 3m sealer? Had to put in an emergency bead to brave the rain and hoping this can go over and smooth it out.

I had to do just that and it worked fine. No problems at all

No. One cylinder has a larger diameter than the other. The special tips handle the mixing. You do need a special gun. I spent $90 on the 3M one, but I am told there are several others available.

I've used this seam sealer on exposed vertical and horizontal seams inside a truck bed. Masked the area, applied the sealer, tooled the sealer even with my finger. Waited a few minutes for it to start setting up and removed the tape (before it set up completely)
