Zero stars is appropriate. 1st- takes for ever to get tech support response if any response at all. 2nd- By the time the system was sorta working I was already outside my return window. 3rd - Sensor one failed within 24H of being operational. 4th- Second sensor failed within 72H. (Both sensors are protected from elements) 5th- Cannot register device because the Serial/pass code are not found in system, despite solid ethernet connections the Server ID information doesn't match. 6th- the up and down touch pad is JUNK!!! 7th- uneven voltage across relays. 8th- Triggering relays - no way to alter voltage to match relays- missed opportunity to truly be a professional device. 9th- No download anywhere for app - 404 error. This company is HIGH AF. Don't even waste your time!!!
