They do not offer individual replacement for missing or damaged parts. My set was missing the amp removal tool but they still got the job done, I bent the green handle a little because of it. BUT bending is better than breaking in the middle of a job. (I've seen reviews on the cheaper ones breaking) So Over all good value for the $, kinda bummed it was missing but its the cheapest tool in the kit...4 Stars Because Amazon made it right.
