Bent Steel & Peeling Coating โ Very Disappointed
The product arrived with torn packaging, and the steel is damaged and bent. Additionally, the white coating is already peeling off. Few parts are missing. This falls far below the expected quality.

I purchased this product on 17th September, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Build Quality: Within the first month, the rack started bending, even with just 10 shirts on it. I chose the version with two rods, but the first rod broke within a month, and now the second one has also failed. The product clearly lacks durability and cannot handle even light usage. Customer Service: I reported the issue early when I noticed the bending, but Amazon customer care informed me that the return window had closed. This left me with no resolution for a defective product. Value for Money: The quality is far below expectations for the price. Without sturdiness or proper support, this product is not worth buying. Verdict: I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It failed both in terms of quality and post-purchase service. Buyers beware.

Not easy to assemble
No installation instructions or tools. Stupid engineering design makes it impossible to assemble the top two U- bars without hard hammering. Overall fair value for price!
